Data we collect
Velora does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, advertising IDs, analytics, crash reports, or payment data. Titles, durations, folders, and thumbnails are read from the device only to display your library and are never uploaded.
Permissions
READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13+) — list and play videos stored on the device.
READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED (Android 14+) — optional access to videos you pick instead of the whole library.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) — the same local library access on older versions.
Velora does not use the microphone, camera, contacts, location, or the internet.
Storage and sharing
Velora does not operate a cloud backup of your library. Any device backup you enable in Android is controlled by the operating system. We do not sell or share personal data because we do not store a copy of it on our servers.
Children
Velora is a general media utility. It does not target children and does not collect data from anyone, including children.
